1lb Salmon Filet
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup of Tabanero Hot Sauce
1. Rinse your salmon filet and then dry with paper towels.
2. Butter your baking tray.
3. Put your salmon filet in tray and pour 1/2 cup Tabanero on top, making sure it covers the entire salmon filet. Spread Tabanero with fingers if needed.
4. Let salmon marinate for 30 min.
5. Preheat oven to 400 and bake salmon for 18 min or until easily flaked with a fork.
6. Remove from oven, cut salmon into 2-inch sections and serve.
