We stand by our product 100% If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of order based off the delivery date provided by the carrier that delivered the package. Full refunds will be given only if we are notified in 5 business days of receipt, and the order remains unopened. Contact us via email, our website, or our toll free number; 888.443.4224.
Refunds for unopened items returned in the given time allotment will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Situations that are past the given time will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase, except in extenuating circumstances. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered a return. (see return policy above) Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost if the order has already shipped. We do our best to assist any shipping errors and corrections, however keep in mind that we ship our orders either the same day or a day after receiving them. If we aren’t notified in a timely manner, then the package could be in transit. Customer will be responsible for any shipping error provided by customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable order caused by shipping information errors provided by customer or any matter related to this.
