We stand by our product 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt based on the delivery date provided by the carrier. Refunds for unopened items returned within the given time frame will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Requests made after this period will be assessed individually. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be issued as a credit redeemable on your next purchase, except in extenuating circumstances. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered a return (see policy above). Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the order has already shipped. We do our best to assist with shipping errors and corrections; however, most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after receiving them. If we are not notified in time, the package may already be in transit.
