Sausage Balls with Spicy Mango Glaze!

Total Time: 30 minutes Servings: 40 sausage balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken sausage
1 1/2 c. flour or Bisquick
1/4 c. milk
1 c. jack cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Spicy Mango Glaze:
1/2 c. mango juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp. Maggi seasoning
1 tbsp. Tabanero
1 tsp. Asian sambal
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, well. Form into small meatballs about 1 tablespoonful. Place on foil lined baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, baste with glaze and bake 5 minutes more. Baste with glaze again when you remove from the oven while hot. Enjoy!
