1 Pound Ground Beef.
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion.
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced.
1/2 Cup Tabanero Hot Sauce.
Salt & Pepper.
3-1/2 Cups Prepared Pasta Sauce, Any Flavor.
1/2 Cup Water.
1 Package (9 oz) Pasta or tortellini of Choice (refrigerated).
1/2 Cup Shredded Italian Blend Cheese.
Chopped Fresh Parsley (optional).
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add ground beef, onion and garlic; cook 8 - 10 min, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles & stirring occasionally. Remove drippings; season with salt & pepper, as desired. Stir in Tabanero Hot Sauce & pasta sauce.
2. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange refrigerated pasta evenly on bottom of baking dish. Spoon beef mixture evenly over pasta; sprinkle cheese evenly over beef mixture.
3. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 F oven 30 min. Uncover & bake an additional 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley as desired. Serve and refrigerate any leftovers!
