Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 slices of white onion, chopped
- 3/4 stalk of celery, chopped
- 4 tbsp Tabanero Sauce
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (use fat-free if less fat is desired)
- 1/2 small boiled potato, chopped
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; adjust amount of mayo to reach desired consistency; add more Tabanero to increase spice. Serve as sandwich or as salad topping over lettuce.
