Tabañero Tuna Salad


  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 slices of white onion, chopped
  • 3/4 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Tabanero Sauce
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (use fat-free if less fat is desired)
  • 1/2 small boiled potato, chopped
  • 1 tsp pepper


Thoroughly mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; adjust amount of mayo to reach desired consistency; add more Tabanero to increase spice. Serve as sandwich or as salad topping over lettuce.
