1/2 tsp Tabanero sauce
1/2 cup mayo
4 tbls gorgonzola cheese
1 tbls romano cheese
1/2 shallots minced
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbls chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and refrigerate.
Good with Chips, Wings, Crackers, and Toasted French Bread.
