Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- ½ cup of cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Tabañero Black Cherry Hot Sauce
- 1 cup of shredded dark-meat turkey
- ½ cup of leftover gravy
- 1 cup of sliced turkey breast
- 1 pinch of Kosher salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and Tabañero Black Cherry Hot Sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine the shredded dark meat turkey and gravy in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally for five minutes until warmed through.
Melt two tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Once bubbly, add the sliced turkey breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook on both sides for about three minutes.
Evenly spread the spicy cranberry mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Assemble each sandwich with the sliced turkey. Top with the turkey gravy mixture and then the remaining bread slice.
