INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoons of kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 5 pounds of fresh chicken wings
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 cups of Tabañero Orange BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 2 stalks of celery

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the salt, black pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and coat them with baking powder. Sprinkle with the seasoning mix until evenly distributed.

Line the chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet, place them in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven, flip them, and bake for another 25 minutes.

When done, place the wings in a large bowl. Pour the Tabañero Orange BBQ Sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Place the wings back on the parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and bake for another seven minutes.

Remove the wings and let them cool for a few minutes. While the wings are cooling, chop the celery into four-inch sticks. Serve the wings with celery and ranch dressing.
