INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of your favorite hummus
- ¾ cup Tabanero Original Hot Sauce
- ¾ lb. vegetables, cut into pieces that are easy to dip (carrots, celery, radishes, cucumber, jicama & baby romaine lettuce)
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon scallions, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the hummus in a mixing bowl and fold in Tabanero Original Hot Sauce, season with salt and pepper
2. To serve, place hummus in a serving bowl and make a small indentation in the middle, fill with extra Tabanero Original Hot Sauce and garnish with scallions
3. Place dip on a large plate and place vegetables around the bowl, serve immediately
