Cheeseburger Sliders with Spicy Ketchup
Yield: 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds of lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 of a large yellow onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
Spicy Ketchup
- 1 cup of ketchup
- ½ tablespoon of Tabañero Original Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the ground beef, diced onion, and eggs to a large bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and mix. Shape the meat mixture into 12 small patties.
Coat a baking sheet with tin foil and grease with melted butter. Arrange the patties on the baking sheet, place them in the oven, and cook for 15 minutes.
While the beef patties are baking, make the spicy ketchup sauce. Mix the ketchup and Tabañero Original hot sauce in a small bowl. Coat the buns with the Tabañero spicy ketchup.
Once done baking, add the beef sliders to the buns and add the sliced cheese.
Serve warm.
