Key Lime Habanero Shrimp Scampi
INGREDIENTS
- ½ lb linguine pasta
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1.7 oz Mini Bottle Tabañero Key Lime Habanero Hot Sauce
- Crusty Italian bread
- Lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Meanwhile, bring your saucepan to med/high heat and add 4 tbsp of olive oil.
- Sear your shrimp for one minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp when done and set to the side.
- Reduce your pan heat to medium.
- Add butter and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in your white wine to deglaze the pan.
- Stir in lemon juice, and 1.7 oz of Tabañero's Key Lime Habanero Hot Sauce.
- Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked shrimp to your sauce mixture, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Plate and garnish your pasta with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with warm Italian bread!
