Avocado Feta Chip Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe medium avocados, diced
- 3 medium Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/3 cup of diced red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 4 ounces of feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Tabañero Key Lime Habanero Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt
- 1 bag of tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS
First, wash and dry all produce. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and the skin, discard them, and then dice. Slice the Roma tomatoes in half, discard the seeds, then dice. Finely chop the red onion, garlic, and parsley. Add all produce to a medium mixing bowl.
Add the feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, Tabañero Key Lime Habanero Hot Sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the same mixing bowl. Sprinkle the mixture with sea salt and stir to combine.
Transfer the avocado feta dip into a medium serving bowl and serve chilled with tortilla chips.
