Chef Michael has done it again, he has taken his signature sandwich and added a zesty twist. He has combined unique flavors from Tabanero Hot Sauce Picante to one of his fresh bread panini's and would love to share this with you. This recipe will produce 3 servicings
- Pizza Dough 16 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese16 oz
- Pepperoni 16oz
- Pizza Sauce 12 oz
- Tabanero Hot Sauce
- Take 1/3 pizza dough and thin out dough with hand
- Place pizza dough into Panini machine (George Forman Grill) spreading 1/2t Tabanero onto the dough then closing the lid on the Panini machine for 1 minute then remove.
- Place bread on counter Tabanero side down. Spread 1/3 of chesse on bread, 1/3 of Pepperoni then roll the dough. Place back on Panini machine using pastry brush, brush 1/2 t. Tabanero on top of dough,and close machine grilling for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and bread is hard to touch (crunchy)
- Take 12 ounces of pizza sauce and add 2t. Tabanero Hot Sauce then heat, serving this with Panini as a dipping sauce.
