Tabanero Cali Scramble


  • Clemens Chopped Ham (Or preferred brand)

  • Roasted Garlic

  • Wasabi 

  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar

  • Light Cream

  • Salted Butter

  • Eggs

  • Tabanero Hot Sauce

  • Red Onions

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Granulated Garlic


  1. In a small bowl add Clemens diced Ham and Roasted Garlic sauce. Mix well

  2. Heat pan and sauté the ham and garlic, mix with red onions in butter.

  3. In a separate bowl, scramble eggs and throw in a small splash of light cream and a large splash or Tabañero Hot Sauce. Sprinkle in some granulated garlic ,salt and pepper. Mix well.

  1. Pour egg over sautéed ham and onions.

  2. When 65% cooked add in shredded cheddar cheese and finish cooking.

  3. Garnish with Wasabii.
