Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed 2 0z. Tabanero sauce 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1 lime (optional)   Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and serve. (Good with nacho chips, crackers, and toasted french bread. Makes a great pair with our Avocado Salsa for double dipping bliss.)

4 – 6 Servings Ingredients: 4 cups cubed (1/2 inch) cooked chicken (Any preparation will work, but poaching keeps moisture best.) 1 cup chopped and toasted walnuts 1 cup chopped celery 2 tbsp chopped shallots 1 cup dried cranberries 2/3 – 3/4 cup mayonnaise (use fat-free if less fat is desired) 2 tbsp finely chopped tarragon or any herb of choice 3 tbsp Tabanero sauce, use more for increased spice 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper   Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until combined well. 2. Serve  with multi-grain bread or over salad.   Variations: Use roasted turkey...

Avocado Salsa

  Ingredients: 2 large ripe avocados 1 large tomato chopped 1 tbsp diced green chilies 1 tbsp diced onion 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 tbsp Tabanero sauce 2 tbsp of white wine   Preparation: 1. Mash avocados and stir in remaining ingredients. 2. Eat as a dip with chips or toasted bread crisps, or serve over crisp lettuce as a salad dressing. Pairs nicely with our Black Bean Salsa.

Tabañero Tuna Salad

Tabañero Tuna Salad

Ingredients: 1 can of tuna 2 slices of white onion, chopped 3/4 stalk of celery, chopped 4 tbsp Tabanero sauce 1 boiled egg, chopped 2 tbsp mayonnaise (use fat-free if less fat is desired) 1/2 small boiled potato, chopped 1 tsp pepper   Preparation: 1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; adjust amount of mayo to reach desired consistency; add more Tabanero to increase spice. 2. Serve as sandwich or as salad topping over lettuce.
